  • Weighted-tip feeding tube with tip projecting over the antropyloric region of the stomach
  • Peripherally calcified gallstones overlie the right upper quadrant
  • Nodular densities project in the lower right lung

Diagnosis

Gallstones

Weighted-tip feeding tube with tip projecting over the antropyloric region of the stomach. Recommend advancement if postpyloric placement is desired.

Cholelithiasis.

Nodular densities project in the lower right lung. Recommend further evaluation with chest CT if not previously performed.
