  • No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
  • Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette

Diagnosis

Sternal fracture

Sample Report

Acute mildly displaced sternal body fracture. Recommend chest CTA to further assess for mediastinal injury.

Otherwise, no evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
