Findings

  • Interstitial pulmonary edema with Kerley B lines in the lung bases
  • No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
  • Moderate enlargement of the cardiopericardial silhouette
  • Left subclavian approach pacemaker/ICD with right atrial lead and right ventricular lead with shock coils positioned in the SVC and right ventricle

Diagnosis

Interstitial pulmonary edema

Cardiomegaly with interstitial pulmonary edema. No pleural effusions.
