- Interstitial pulmonary edema with Kerley B lines in the lung bases
- No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
- Moderate enlargement of the cardiopericardial silhouette
- Left subclavian approach pacemaker/ICD with right atrial lead and right ventricular lead with shock coils positioned in the SVC and right ventricle
Diagnosis
Interstitial pulmonary edema
