Demographics: 68 years old, Female
Indication: Chest pain, dyspnea

Findings

  • No focal airspace disease or edema
  • Skin fold overlies the right hemithorax. No pneumothorax
  • No pleural effusion
  • Emphysema
  • Aortic atherosclerosis
  • Left subclavian approach cardiac rhythm maintenance device with right atrial and right ventricular leads
  • Bilateral partially calcified breast prostheses

Diagnosis

Skin fold

Sample Report

No evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.

Skin fold overlies the right hemithorax without evidence of pneumothorax.

Emphysema.
