- No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
- Mild enlargement of the cardiopericardial silhouette

Morgagni hernia

Large Morgagni hernia containing bowel. CT could provide further characterization, particularly if there is clinical concern for bowel ischemia or obstruction.
Compressive atelectasis in the right lung base without additional evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
