- Bilateral upper lobe predominant bronchiectasis with cylindrical, varicoid, and cystic forms and extensive bronchial wall thickening
- Multifocal mucous plugging
- Scattered groundglass opacities and tree-in-bud nodularity
- Mildly enlarged mediastinal and bilateral hilar lymph nodes
Upper abdomen
- Splenomegaly

- No acute findings

Sample Report
Stigmata of cystic fibrosis with bilateral upper lobe predominant bronchiectasis and mucous plugging. Scattered groundglass opacities and tree-in-bud nodularity is concerning for superimposed atypical infection.
