Demographics: 28 years old, Female
Indication: Hypoxia, dyspnea

Findings

Chest radiograph

  • Bilateral interstitial and alveolar opacities with an apicobasal gradient
  • Query small pleural effusions
  • Enlarged cardiopericardial silhouette
  • Right IJ approach Port-A-Cath with tip overlying the superior cavoatrial junction
  • Left subclavian approach ICD with lead overlying the right ventricular apex

CT

Chest

  • Diffuse interlobular septal thickening
  • Bilateral groundglass opacities, which are more conspicuous in the dependent aspects of all lobes
  • Small right pleural effusion with fluid tracking in the right major fissure superiorly

Upper abdomen

  • No acute findings

MSK

  • Body wall edema
