- Bilateral interstitial and alveolar opacities with an apicobasal gradient
- Query small pleural effusions
- Enlarged cardiopericardial silhouette
- Right IJ approach Port-A-Cath with tip overlying the superior cavoatrial junction
- Left subclavian approach ICD with lead overlying the right ventricular apex
CT
Chest
- Diffuse interlobular septal thickening
- Bilateral groundglass opacities, which are more conspicuous in the dependent aspects of all lobes
- Small right pleural effusion with fluid tracking in the right major fissure superiorly
Upper abdomen
- No acute findings
MSK
- Body wall edema
