Findings
Chest
- Mild dependent groundglass opacities
- Moderate coronary artery calcification
Abdomen/Pelvis
- Right lower quadrant mesenteric hematoma measuring 11 x 4 cm in transaxial dimensions with areas of internal contrast density which enlarge on delayed imaging
- Numerous predominantly low density lesions in both kidneys and the liver of varying size and complexity
- Right lower quadrant transplant kidney without hydronephrosis
- Atherosclerotic calcification of the abdominal aorta and branch vessels without aneurysm
- Focal high grade stenosis of the proximal SMA related to mural thrombus
MSK
- Acute displaced fractures of the anterolateral right second through ninth ribs with associated extrapleural hematoma
- Acute minimally displaced fracture of the right twelfth rib
- Remote right inferior pubic ramus fracture
- Remote left rib fractures
Diagnosis
Mesenteric injury
