Pyosalpinx and tubo-ovarian abscess

Sample Report

Findings concerning for bilateral pyosalpinx and possible right tubo-ovarian abscess. Small volume perihepatic fluid could relate to associated perihepatitis (Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome).
