- Right lower lobe pleural-based micronodule
Abdomen/Pelvis
- Distended appendix, measuring up to 10 mm in diameter with mural thickening and periappendiceal fat stranding
- No bowel obstruction
- No loculated collection or free intraperitoneal air
- Hepatomegaly with diffusely decreased attenuation of the hepatic parenchyma
- Cholecystectomy
MSK
- No acute findings
- Mild degenerative changes of the spine
Diagnosis
Acute suppurative appendicitis
