Findings

Lower chest

  • No acute findings

Abdomen/Pelvis

  • 3.3 cm left ovarian cyst with adjacent high attenuation material
  • 2.3 cm peripherally enhancing cystic lesion along the left vaginal introitus with surrounding fat stranding
  • Small volume intermediate attenuation fluid layering in the anatomic pelvis
  • Normal appendix

MSK

  • No acute findings

Diagnosis

Ruptured ovarian cyst

Infected Bartholin gland cyst

Sample Report

Findings suggestive of ruptured left ovarian cyst with associated small volume hemoperitoneum.

Left Bartholin gland cyst with surrounding inflammation, which could represent superinfection. Recommend correlation with exam.

Normal appendix.
