- Subcentimeter hypoattenuating lesion in hepatic segment 4A, which is too small to characterize

- No acute findings
Diagnosis
Ruptured ovarian cyst
Sample Report
Moderate hemoperitoneum likely from a ruptured ovarian cyst. Higher density blood clot adjacent to a right ovarian corpus luteal cyst favors this as the causative lesion.
Normal appendix.
