- No acute findings
Abdomen/Pelvis
- Peripherally-enhancing structure in the right ovary with crenulated margins
- Moderate volume hemoperitoneum layering in the anatomic pelvis
- Normal appendix
- Subcentimeter hypoattenuating lesion in hepatic segment 4A, which is too small to characterize
MSK
- No acute findings
Diagnosis
Ruptured ovarian cyst
Sample Report
Moderate hemoperitoneum likely from a ruptured ovarian cyst. Higher density blood clot adjacent to a right ovarian corpus luteal cyst favors this as the causative lesion.
Normal appendix.
