关节间隙维持正常。

讨论

  • 髌骨最常向外侧脱位，且常为一过性，因此在患者接受影像检查时可能已经没有X线异常
  • MRI常显示内侧髌骨和外侧股骨髁撞击处的"对吻性挫伤"模式
  • MRI还可显示内侧髌股韧带(MPFL)或内侧支持带的相关损伤
  • 髌骨脱位存在易感因素，包括滑车发育不良和高位髌骨，此处不再进一步讨论
