近端横结肠下壁线状透亮影，疑似肠壁积气，建议 CT 进一步评估。

讨论

  • 肠壁积气可以非常细微
  • 本病例中，CT 证实近端横结肠存在肠壁积气，但未见门静脉积气或其他缺血征象。经检查后认为患者肠壁积气为非缺血性原因
