Referral Program Terms

By participating in the CaseStacks Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility. You must have an active CaseStacks account and be approved for the referral program. Approval may be instant or require manual review depending on your state of residence.
2. Referral Rewards. You earn a 10% reward on qualifying subscription payments made by users you refer. Rewards are calculated based on the actual amount charged after any discounts or promotions.
3. Referral Window. A referred user must register within 14 days of clicking your referral link and subscribe within 90 days of registration for the referral to be credited.
4. Payment. Rewards are paid via PayPal to the email address you provided during your referral application. CaseStacks reserves the right to set minimum payout thresholds and payment schedules.
5. Prohibited Activities. The following are prohibited and will result in voided referrals and possible removal from the program: self-referral, creating fake accounts, spamming, misrepresenting CaseStacks, and any fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
6. One Referral Per User. Each new user can only be attributed to a single referrer. The first valid referral link used takes precedence.
7. Tax Obligations. You are responsible for any tax reporting obligations arising from referral rewards. CaseStacks may issue tax forms as required by law.
8. Program Changes. CaseStacks may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect rewards already earned for completed referrals.
9. Relationship. Participation in the referral program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with CaseStacks.
10. Compliance. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting your referral link, including but not limited to advertising disclosure requirements.
