Case #8

Constatations

  • Cystic mass centered in the left paracentral lobule measuring 2.5 x 2 x 4 cm
  • Enhancing internal septation with somewhat nodular enhancement along the medial margin of the mass
  • FLAIR signal hyperintensity throughout the cystic component
  • Susceptibility artifact along the inferior margin of the mass, which may relate to calcification or tumoral hemorrhage
  • No substantial surrounding parenchymal edema or mass effect
  • No corresponding restricted diffusion
