Constatations

  • Lésion dans le tectum droit excentré en hyposignal T1, hypersignal T2/FLAIR mesurant 1,5 x 1 x 1,5 cm
  • Pas de rehaussement ni de restriction de diffusion correspondante
  • Effet de masse associé sur l'aqueduc de Sylvius avec hydrocéphalie obstructive résultante et léger œdème sous-épendymaire
