  • Nodularité groupée hyperintense en T2/FLAIR impliquant l'opercule frontal droit et l'insula supérieure
  • Aspect normal du cortex en regard
  • Pas de rehaussement, de restriction de la diffusion ni d'artéfact de susceptibilité correspondants
