No acute pelvic fracture or traumatic malalignment.
Mild degenerative changes of the hips.
Partially imaged moderate degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine.
Osteopenia.
Sclerotic lesion projecting in the right anterior superior iliac spine, which may represent a sclerotic metastasis. This could be further evaluated by CT.
Multiple surgical clips overlie the anatomic pelvis bilaterally.
Penile prosthesis projecting inferior to the pubic symphysis.
